还要看到的是，无论在什么岗位上，党员干部都是人民的勤务员，没有高低贵贱之分。1966年3月周恩来同志赴邢台地震灾区视察灾情时也对老乡说：“解放军是为人民服务的，我也是为人民服务的。我们都是人民的勤务员。”老一辈革命家不管面对谁，都反复强调这一点：革命队伍不分高低贵贱，工作岗位没有轻重之别，只要是为人民工作、为党奉献，都同样光荣、同等重要。如今，有的干部喜欢把部门、岗位划分成重要与次要、核心与边缘，这山望着那山高，急于被看见、忙于被提拔。结果往往事与愿违，贻误了发展，断送了前程。牢记我们都是人民的勤务员，才能真正明白每个位置所承载的党和人民的重托，进而生发出对工作的敬畏感、对事业的使命感，踏实做事、勤勉尽责；才能跳出自己的“一亩三分地”，把个人工作的小我融入为民造福的大我之中。
